For a long time, I perceived the world as a point-like structure, where connections between points, all points of events, emerge from a tumultuousnet network. This summer, I connected some of life's fleeting events.
"When Do Ants Take Off" originates from the book "How the Forest Thinks": "When ants take off is determined by sunlight, temperature, anddiurnal predators. They choose to fly at dusk, when diurnal predators are least likely to notice. This precise timing is the result of theecosystem's semiotic structure."
